Shelter-in-Place Day 15

It is April, and therefore National Poetry Month. Here's a random photo of late February daffodils to liven up this post.

Today also marks the 30 year anniversary of my husband asking me to marry him. Yes, April Fool's Day. If this has been a long-running prank, I admire his ability to stretch out a joke.

Today a neighbor and I walked to a friend's house to sit socially distant from one another in her garden and catch up. This is after I had a zoom session with poetry friends. So many interpersonal interactions in one day!

Also, I gardened (weeded) and read and wrote. I'm focusing more on poetry this month: trying to write a poem a day and submit to a publication every day. We shall see how that plays out...
