There was such a massive lightning storm this morning, starting around 4:30, we got up and went out to the shed to try to prop up covering from inside in case the roof, with it's thinning tarp, started to leak. I stayed awake for over an hour after that, watching the show.

It is supposed to pick up again tomorrow morning, after having been dry and muggy all day. It felt like Hawaii. D. put another tarp over the shed roof, so we won't have that worry. But the wind and lightning cause anxiety about fires. Quelle année!
