Greetings from the 'internet cafe' at the Best Rest Hotel, Lebec CA. The cafe consists of a keyboard and monitor in the hallway near the lobby and front desk. There is news on the tv in the "continental breakfast" dining area. Hotels always blast the news, in spite of the fact that many families with young kids may not want to watch it. Looks like hurricane Dennis will be a big one.
My mother has warned me that her computer is not working, so this may mean my only chance to post today, even though it also may mean leaving a way for anyone else at the hotel to know my blog url and even (potentially) login and password.
Let 'em have it, I say. If it's that interesting, maybe I'm doing something right.
Uh...nice hotel, guys, by the way...
