Transforming the property

Yes, there's nothing like knowing you'll have company to inspire one to work on the house and grounds.

The end result will be far from perfect, but much better than if we'd done nothing and wonderful to enjoy after the get-together.

It did add a twist to the preparations that D brought home another truckload of wood today. But we'll have a very cozy winter!

Only a few [dozen] things to do in the morning, and then we will relax and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Not that I haven't been enjoying this, actually. Every moment, on its own, has been good.

I plan to release the edited memoir tomorrow and be free to work on MY OWN words on a page instead. I also expect the quality of the blogs to improve as a result, too.
