I don't know what else to say, right now. I'm sleeping 8 hours a night. I'm spending time in quiet reading of spiritual books and/or quiet thought during the day, although not the 30 minutes straight I'd want. But I do try for it. Daily. And so I am physically rested but still mentally stressed, mostly because the to-do list isn't getting to-done. Josh was right in his comment on my previous post, I guess. It's the great trade off. But my full-night's-sleep experiment isn't quite done yet!
One of my old favorites:
On Having Misidentified a Wild Flower
A thrush, because I'd been wrong,
Burst rightly into song
In a world not vague, not lonely,
Not governed by me only.
